Study your business location

The first thing to be done is a small study on each of the possible areas of collecting location information below.

• Note the number of banks in the zone. Bankers have much business sense and if there is a lot of representation of this group in the area, then that is a good commercial property to buy.

• Visit the statistics department of the municipality. This is where you find all the information on the municipal census, commercial and industrial area.

• Contact the business associations of the area to provide you all necessary information, as well as provide support, since its function is to protect the interests of traders.

• Check the number of schools, parks and municipal markets, ease of access to public transport and private transport, buildings and other new construction.

• Analyze the competition in the area, it is important to know the competition both in terms of quality and quantity.

Deciding on locality of your workspace to rent or buy

Once you have decided on the location of the business area, you will begin visiting local and negotiate prices for rent or sale with their owners.

• It is useful to know the locals to see if it matches the profile of the consumer of the product being offered. Example: Open a BMW car dealership in a slum in the city will result in zero sales and high expenses.

• If you want to buy a commercial property it is necessary to go before the council planning department to ensure that is not affected by any type of municipal works, planned developments, expropriation, construction defect, and to know the future prospects of the area .

• Visit the registration of the property to check that the commercial space is free of charge, lien or mortgage.

Arbitration, mediation may be the solution

When, as customers, we have a problem with a particular number of roads open to claim our rights, and of course in the world of insurance this is also true. And beyond all administrative and legal way we can go, sometimes there is a path shorter and easier to reach the solution, but less well known: the arbitration.

Arbitration is a mediation mechanism that is very useful for example to solve many of our problems as consumers , but even beyond these areas and we can talk about arbitration in other conflicts, such as labor or even character or more personal, such as divorce.

And arbitration is nothing more than a neutral mediator between the two sides, which means that all the information and all he knows of the case issues and the decision arrived at must be respected by both the parties.

It is not uncommon to hear about athletes who used to be on top of their careers--and making a lot of money--who are now bankrupt or broke. And it is not surprising to find that the reason these athletes go from riches to rags is the same reason anyone else would go broke--mismanagement of money. Unfortunately for these athletes, they have more people around them telling them what to do with their money that they end up putting it in the wrong place, with the wrong people. 

Noted sports agent Leigh Steinberg recognizes the great financial challenge faced by these athletes: they don't have enough knowledge of the fundamentals of financial management such as budgeting, keeping track of expenses, and so on. Hence, they either tend to hire the wrong people to handle their money, or they put too much confidence in them.

Magic Johnson knew better. As the old Greek saying goes, "Know thyself." Johnson first realized that he knew nothing about financial literacy, then sought the help of those who do—money makers like Peter Guber, who was then CEO of Sony Pictures, and Hollywood agent Michael Ovitz. Now, Johnson is in the position to share this bit of wisdom to highly paid players like Dwayne Wade, Shaquille O'Neal, and Alex Rodriguez.  Whenever these players tell him or even imply to him that they are planning to hire relatives or friends to handle their money, Johnson says that there is hardly anything to talk about—that kind of decision would surely lead to financial failure.

It is the combination of the influences of peers, advisers, and the amount of money involved that makes it difficult or even confusing for these athletes to decide how to take care of their fortunes. What they need is sound advice on financial management. According to an article that came out on Sports Illustrated, written by Pablo S. Torre, close to 80 percent of former pro-football players are in financial trouble due to marital or unemployment issues, or worse, bankrupt.

In addition to bad financial management advice, these players' own lifestyles also play a part in their being bankrupt. They give in to the pressure of having to spend much on material things or give to those around them, as a proof that they do have money. 

These athletes are in great part responsible for being in a difficult financial situation. They make bad decisions, too, and it is not surprising that some people do not feel sorry for them.

Finally I Don’t Own Any Property

I had a dream job and I tried hard to fulfill my dream. Finally, I succeeded to fulfill my dream and I got job. Anyhow, I do not want to discuss my struggle for that job. This time my problem is that I want to buy a laptop along with the connection of internet. I do feel that I cannot live without laptop but the problem is this that I do not have money to buy it. I have a commercial property however I cannot sell it. Let me tell you what I did in this situation.

When I did not have any other option, I went to a "commercial property for sale" company who solved my problem within fourteen days. I bought a laptop and visited the website of tourism.  That website gave me enough knowledge about different countries. The description of Las Vegas fascinated me a lot and I decided to visit that place. The different thing about that place was its never setting sun. I searched so many other things on internet and did many foolish things. I visited unknown places and ate variety of foods.

When I came back, I decided to visit other places. I again opened the website for tourism lovers. That time I selected San Francisco. I went over there and stayed for two months. I fixed my tent in the forest of redwood.  In the forest my laptop was my only friend. However, it was good place to visit.

My next place was Grenada where I hired a shack for six months. My residing shack was near to the beach where I daily enjoyed fish barbeque. I ate different varieties of fishes almost every afternoon. I could never forget the taste of that delicious sea food.

I could not forget those three months that I spend in Cape Town. There was beautiful vineyard in the shadow of my cottage. My little cottage was among the series of the mountain. I enjoyed over other mountain climbing a lot. It was really a fun to go up and see down the things that seemed very tiny. I relished the special town food and wine. 

Now I do not have any plan to visit some place because my pocket is empty and I am homeless.
